this company called me in late June of this year(07) and said they had a "special offer" that was exclusive from bank of america.they said I could get a 4 day 3 night stay in either orlando, daytona or cocoa beach i think, anywho they said if i wanted to redeem this that i would only be charged $1.95 and they would send some papers in the mail that would have a phone number that I should call to say that I didn't want to be charged anymore for future deals. well a week went by and nothing came , so i called and they said they would send it out "right now" so I could recieve it in a few days, well that never happened and they debited my account for $150 , so I called back and said that I didn't authorize that and they said that they could replay the tape that said that I did say they could and I said sure go ahaead and they asked if i would accept a $50 refund to make me think they were ligit, and they would be sure to send my papers so i could recieve my vacation that I have now unwilling paid for. so a few days went by and I did indeed recieve a $50 check from them and now I can't reach anyone on their once valid phone number to redeem my "vacation". Every time I call the now automated voice says that the computers are down and they are having technical difficulties. this has been going on since september.I have just this week sent an e-mail to my bank to ask if there is anything they can do to help me get my money back. regretfully,kim
