These guy's are total rip off salesmen!!!! They have changed names 3 times in the last year. Tracy Walter and Duane Wright Owners have had several businesses all going under. Tracy Walter companies have gone bankrupt. All his homes are being foreclosed on. He use to be CM Builders, the Florida Energy Management now they call themselves Florida Energy & Air?? They prey on old people selling insulation, radiant barrier, duct cleaning energy products. They charge 3 times more than other insulation companies and finance with loans that take years and years to pay off costing the consumer 1000.00 and 1000.00 of dollars more. They sell insulation for 1.00 a sq ft and if you call one of the other companies the same product sells for 26 cent per sq ft. Duct mastic sells for 200.00 they chage 1,500.00 and up??
All their salesmen are con men specializing in selling you a job today for a special discounted rate that is only good for today?? Duane Wright is know in the sales business for taking advantage of old people, charging them absorbent amounts of money and laughing all the way to the bank.
Do some investigating on these two and you will be surprised at all they defunct companied they have had.
They get their leads from canvassers going around offering free energy audits, witch is really a sells pitch. They guarantee big energy saving which never happens and tell you your power bill will be cut in half in the 1st month?? Never happens...
Now they are referred by Home Depot to install insulation, just check out the complaints with the BBB on Home Depots Subs somewhere around 7,000 complaints.
DON"T USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED PRODUCTS YOU SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE LICECING BOARD, BBB and Angies List.

I needed your IP address so I could get the information as to who was actually writing this crap.
As to the statement "I Was in business with David Beers" I never said I wasnt.
I was in business with Tracy Walter as well, if that is important. I also worked for Verizon and Honda.
As a small boy I had my own Lawn Service, 7 accounts I mowed every week from the age of 10 15.
So, now you know my history?
I said the report was written by David Beers as he was a disgruntle past employee. I could tell because the man cannot SPELL!! This fact was not argued in your statement. I did not see any attempt to not associate myself from him. I was letting customers know that if they read the reports from this website that they are mostly untruths and they should check with BBB for real information.
I can say that no real customer has ever reported anything bad about my work, service or personal finances. So, type in bad things about Santa Clause and see what happens. The hard thing to do is catch the cowards that hide and lie, you have to do what I did.
You can find the person/coward by IP address. In order to get the IP address you need to act fast as you only have three days after the post. I got this guy!!!
After identifying the coward you then can take them to court for slander and other issues.
I only have three days from posting. Thank you very much for posting your comments. Now we can track your IP address and get warrants for your email service.
Stay tuned potential customers and learn how you can hunt and prosecute internet slander and harassment.

Duane Wright and David Beers had a company together!!! Check it out here Sounds like someone is trying to mask the Truth. Seems that the same fish always swim together....

After reviewing the ISP server Id we learned that David Beers was the originator of this complaint. David Beeers was a local Con man caught by channel 10 News running a scam on home owners with no license. he was caught stealing money form home owners in 1994 and his partner was sent to jail as Beers was the main witness against him. In 2010 David Beers was caught again selling construction services with out as License. Please feel free to type David Beers Redington Beach into your Google search. Is this the guy you would believe.
