This company is always hiring new people. They have interviews daily because nobody will stay with the company. They will tell you its a office position and its really doing "field work" they will tell you that you need to work the field for 6 months and then you will move up..If you even make it there for 6 months after that they will just fire you and start on someone new. You drive to a different store every single day and you waste more gas than you even make. And you have to pitch people either in the store or at gas stations all day trying to get people to buy car wax.

They will steal any leads or sales you do and pay you min wage. They always have a excuss why your sales were taken and when you ask to see they show you a fake type up that his wife did. Its not even real. You can work your butt off and they still make you feel like scum. They hire anyone but thats because they run through people so fast it isnt even funny. The owner talks about how he owns so many offices and that if you stay with him for 6 months he will open you up one. all of it I promise you is bs.

If you dont even make it within the first 2 weeks forget about even getting a paycheck. He keeps all your money and somehow gets away with it. They make you go to morning meetings everyday you dont even get paid for. So a 8 hr day he onl pays u min wage for like 4 hrs a day. They always have reasons why they dont have your paycheck too. and they expect you to still go to a store or gas station and work for them.. And the boss Larry!!! If you ever need to talk to him about anything forget it he never answers your calls or texts. he says he will check up on you throughout the day but that is a bunch of bull.

His typical day is running a meeting in the morning than doing some quick interviews and hiting up the strip clubs. The only people that will stick up for him that work for him is the actual office people. which is only a couple. they handle payroll and things like that so they cant really screw them over. In the begining they tell you that you dont have to work weekends and then after a couple days he will tell u that you have to work every saturday too. and he doesnt pay you anything extra at all. RUN away if its florida marketing please. I hate seeing them promise good people things that never ever will happen
