As seen in a seperate report filed by the same consumer, we did everything possible to accomodate this member. In fact, what isn't mentioned is the fact on the very first attempt to satisfy this member we found a savings of over $300.00.
Florida Beach Destinations offers a wide variety of products and services not found through RCI or other travel outlets. It's hard to compare the difference between FBD/RCI when both companies offer different services.
Out of the thousands of members we have accumulated over the years, you'll see only a few complaints. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone. In the case of this particular consumer, we went above and beyond and yet the individual feels the need to file a complaint...Even though the person admits we indeed did find better rates for a condo request in Las Vegas.
