Flower Delivery Express AKA Livonia Florist Today; Florist Concierge Ordered an $80.00 bouquet which totalled $102.54. The bouquet delivered to the funeral home was not at all what was ordered. The florist ,Floyds Flowers in Redford, Michigan, sent a much smaller and cheaper arrangement. It was a complete scam.  Internet

Flower Delivery Express seems to operate under several different names.  I ordered online from Livonia Flowers Today for a funeral.  (Livonia Florist Today.com)  The billing was under Florist Concierge in Orlando, Florida.  I was notified, this week, that I have a $31.00 credit pending, with Flower Delivery Express (and, yes, they want to apply this to another order).

On 3/22/13 I Ordered the Perfectly Prismatic Bouquet online for $79.99 plus delivery.  The total came to $102.24.  The bouquet was very full with many different flowers and colors.

I nearly died when I saw the arrangment.  The florist  (Floyds Flowers in Redford, MI) or someone, substituted a much smaller and cheaper arrangement for the one I ordered.  It didn't even come close to the order.  I recieved five roses and three gerber daiseys with some greens.  It was one giant rip off.

Calls to Livonia Florist today, as well as faxing pictures of what I ordered and what I received went nowhere.  The most they were willing to reimburse to me was $30.00, but I told them I wanted all the money back because this  was a scam.  I never received any money back and am stuck with the payment.

I did pay by credit card and tried be to stop the payment to no avail.  I'm very  upset with this scam and hope these people can be stopped.
