ATT has helped somewhat. I have received a reimbursement but today, my bill has the same charges. Interestingly, you have to scroll on your online ATT bill and these type of charges are found on the very last page and at the very end. I am fed up! A second company is also cell phone spam. I will report this one too. (open market). Total fees every month are 29.99.
