FlyCell Charged Me For Something I didnt Accept and Rude Customer Assistant Internet
On May 28,2009 I put minutes on my phone and later received a text from FLYCELL.com. It said that I recently purchased from them and they were not able to bill me but to stop this send STOP. I sent STOP and was still billed.
I have no ringtones, wallpapers or whatever else they sell to rip people off. I called customer service and spoke with a man named Dave who changed his name to Danny after he hung up on me and I called back. He said he saw where I had sent STOP but he wasnt able to replenish my money and to call his boss in the morning.Flycell is the perfect name because they fly money off your cell!!!!
My mother and sister talked to him about what happened and he just hung up on them.That was so rude.Not only am I ticked off about a charge I was billed for but Dave or Danny admitted he saw where I sent STOP and he was very rude. Working as a customer service representative(Dave or Danny) you need to be respectful and have the qualifications to handle situations as this one. I will be calling first thing in the morning and this problem needs to be corrected immediately. Either Flycell replenishes my ten dollars or I need to receive ten dollars worth ringtones. Either way the text said $9.99 and you all took off $10.00 what happened to the penny. I hope you all gave it to MR.Dave/Danny to help him find another job and that is how much his service is worth. And whoever reads this message from FLYCELL, please have your manager contact me about a charge I am still unaware of and about his suppose to be respectful employee MR.Nasty Attitude DAVE or Danny.Thank you very much. Flycell does not have to worry about this customer hope you have plenty more.If this is how your employees carry themselves,they need better customer assistance training or you will receive alot more complaints.
