They ask for your phone #, text you a pin code, and when you enter it on the computer "to see your test results", they
automatically sign you up for a few phone "services" with monthly charges billed automatically through your phone carrier.
Call your phone carrier and put a block on this nonsense. Ass-O phone companies by default allow anyone to quietly add
any unauthorized charges to your phone bill at any time for any reason.
