On 10-23-12 pleaded guilty to harassment was given 180 days jail and fine and costs of 434.06 put on strict one year probatiand told no further acts of violence against me. All of his frivulous court cases in Michigan were dismissed. He attempted to get his wife to service me illegally in court .He has tried to hide ownership in a LLC and his daughters name jeoparding her credit in the future when injunction is filed holding all purses to Flyinggracing and Brieena Bowerman . I am glad I did not try to hide behind my family but manned up in this fight for recovery. I apologize to those not involved in this court case whom may have purses frozen . I realize when purse is only 78.00 before jockey fee that this will become a long ordeal but I am a patient person. Yes this does involve Eugene Scott Bowerman

With just 1 horse called a piece of trash that has provided her partners tons of fun. 5 of 6 I.T.M finishes (top 4) and earned 15,200 without its 30% owner rewards this year already or another 5,000
Flying G is ranked in the top 70% of ALL STABLES in earnings and earnings per start this year thus far. That is very good for just 1 horse racing even a Nut like you would have to agree. Look it up on Equibase if you can do basic math it all right there. That a big If based on your other assesments of your great new term, what was it again Public Honking or something? anyways get your last rants and crazy crap up quick because your days of Internet Stalking are numbered as far as Myself and family as well Flying G Racing and their partners.
I love the CLOWN pic on tito's comment as well as all the others, and NO ONCE AGAIN you are dumb as Dunn, I am not posting only what I have signed my name to.

Good to see this clown James Dunn will now be stalking our trainer Jack Allen as well. You need a life my friend and an education on the horse racing industry. A true embarrassment to the sport and to anyone in your family even though i doubt their are many left that still talk to you. Your case would be a lot stronger against Eugene if you didn't stalk EVERY partner and our trainer who you were never involved with. Get a life my friend and keep hating on Flying G!!!

Is that seriously it, Dunn? Tito1991 said you didn't pay your bills?
So, you lost your shares and you are mad? Why don't you post your contracts when they ask you, instead of just being a nut? You were never part of Flying G Racing or you would have shown proof when they asked for it on here. If you sued Down The Stretch back in May of 2011 and lost...its no wonder...you probably didn't have a contract with them either. Since you sued in May of 2011, you obviously haven't paid any expenses in a lot longer than that, I would bet. Or, are you asking to pay over 1 year of back expenses to catch up? Then, you could claim a share of the horses you claim are worthless. Is that what you are trying to get out of this? I bet if you send a check for a few grand and an apology, you could buy a share. But, I'm not sure the team would be very happy to have you after all this. lol.
You could have spent all this time picking out a horse and buying or claiming one. It's been at least a year according to your case against Down The Stretch. You could have bought a yearling and had a two year old ready to compete soon. Grow up and play the game if you are interested, instead of just complaining from the rail. Buy a horse and win a race against Flying G! Now there is a challenge!

Where are they now? The price is listed in the past performances? No one needs you to point the price out of what hubel farms purchased them for... HUBEL FARMS not Flying G Racing.. Where do you think Flying G Racing buys them from, Hubel Farms? Who pays for these horses from the time they are purchased at the sales??? If every horse that is purchased doesn't cost a dime up to race day everyone would do it. Keep stalking partners and others shows how grown up you are. Your track record shows your true colors and the fact that you even originally posted on this site just shows you are a true clown. The fact that you go into people's personal business to get their email adress or name and stalk them on facebook is sick.. People like you should be put a way for ever alongside of Uncle Jerry... PARTNERSHIP- the ideal situation where a group who who share all costs of a race horse equally from birth to training to time to race . they could bond with others and the horse in friendship equally sharing any profit or losses during the horse racing career
PINHOOKING- buying a horse as a weanling as a live foal and hoping to profit later by selling horse at a profiit. this is done often in racing and have no problem here as horse is now more mature for consideration by buyers .
Public Hooking- My definition is obtaining a cheap horse that other stables or trainers have no interest in . You than try to Hook the Public by Hyping this horse and making them think your a partnership sharing in Cost of this horse by forming a partnership. The partners being the Public have no idea how cheap this horse was obtained from a stable or at a public sale. Divide this horse into percentages like 2.5% and Hook the public into buying at highly inflated price per share and call it a partnership.
Example : Mavata Hip 4212 was purchased at keeneland sale in November 2009 for 1200.00 . Flying gracing obtained horse and used the Public Hooking to represent a partnership and divided horse like a pie into 40 shares to obtain a highly inflated Instant Profit while trying to represent this as an equal partnership for racing enjoyment . Present , future partners should be aware of PUBLIC HOOKING and how the GAME works. James DUNN

Three police reports by columbus police officers Leonard Milner badge#49 -A Deitweiler badge 2685- Janetta Place badge 2215 followed by visits to the prosecuter office 4 times led to CRIMINAL charges against Eugene Bowerman who was warned by phone-email or mail not to telephone harrrsass me under any circumstances . Shame he did not follow those DIRECT orders or he would not be making repeated trips to columbus for 3 counts of telephone harrassment by each officer involved . In baseball its called 3 strikes and your OUT so eugene had his three strikes so must now plea bargain using a public defender . Good luck there ! Flying G's racing record is also public information. At least they show purse winnings. The new horses look very good, too! Based on Past Performances, I'd buy a share in any Flying G horse before I backed Dunn!

When you lie in very first paragraph of your comment it shows your nature . Truth is Eugene took the liberty to call and threaten me and my family from his deceased Mother - in laws phone with at least 19 threatening calls recorded by the prosecuter is why he is being charged with 3 counts of telephome harrassment . His intents were very clear listening to these recordings plus other dirty tricks to humiliate me and my family and this is why the Court hearing, Will others whom invest with you get the same treatment as I and Jim Jeffris did investing ? We will keep each hearing separate in the future as regards to recovery and tax statements and other state and Govt agencies involved in this matter. Hiding horses or renaming stable will not help in your liability or judgement . Please regard the July 13 hearing as just a start . Please if you comment stay on subject

You have already stated that your complaint involves one of Flying G Racing's many partners. He took the liberty to phone you and tell you to stop this madness and you, in turn, filed a telephone harassment case against him. You also name DownTheStretchStable.com in your complaint, which you own. However, you have never stated how Flying G Racing has offended you or why you named our business in this complaint.
This is the first time on this report that you have given a direct statement about a Flying G Racing horse. Firstly, I do not see how our horses initial price and resale values concern you. As you clearly state: buyer beware. If you sir, do not like our available partnerships. Do not buy. You do not have ownership in any of our horses and after this report you are not welcome to buy, as you would not be a welcome member of our close-knit team. So, I do not see how our daily operation would give any weight to your complaint.
Secondly, As anyone involved in Thoroughbred racing knows: Mr. Dunn's accounting is a bit off. If we were to find a healthy Flower Alley Colt at today's market prices and resell it for a profit, we would no be doing anything wrong. On the contrary, we would be hailed as one of the most savvy racing operations in the country. It would not be an offense by any means. That type of investment/sale is called a pinhook and they are quite common. However, we are raising and training horses to race. We have top offerings and make all financials available to our partners. They are aware of the costs to raise and train these equine athletes. Flying G Racing retains shares at equal value and we to are aware of the risks and rewards of Thoroughbred racing. If we have buyers and sellers of any of our horses at any value, I am afraid that would not concern you. That is supply and demand. Your complaint here is as similar to complaining about the price of gas or any other product on the market.
Now, you are insulting one of our Thoroughbreds? Please do not insult our horses. Additionally, please do not harass third parties. Since you have harassed both the sire's farm and the farm where the horse was raised, you should have more accurate information. You have been warned repeatedly about telling lies about our business. You are purposely attempting to harm our business and our reputation. Additionally, your statements are false and unfounded. This makes what you are doing illegal.
To anyone that has read these posts, I applaud your patience...or, your sense of humor. Flying G Racing posts all information on our website. Our stable is profitable as the horse on the track has showed earnings above and beyond her expenses and the horses in training are considered investments which has not yet realized their potential. Flying g racing profits from resale of shares not racing

This stable hypes cheap bought horses that other stables pass on at sales. They use internet. sport chats , forums to inflate value of their horses . i have seen a pattern of this in last two years where they divide a horse like a pie to inflate the value and than after a few races the horse is gone and others brought in to resale for profit. Perfect example is horse trying to sell now . "Only I Know " was passed over at auction because other experienced horse owners and trainers had no interest. He was finally sold to Hubel farms who paid 1200 for horse and consigned it Flying g racing . They divided the horse into 40 partherships of 2.5% asking 450.00 a share plus training costs or 18,500 total . This is over 1500 % profit by hyping the horse as being a descendent of a recent derby winner. Every horse has a descendent in their history who achieved stardom on the track but too many other factors are more important breeding concerns as to which have a legitmate chance to win. This practice is not illlegal but I am trying to alert the public to beware of such practices. Truth has nothing to do with stalking . BUYER BEWARE

Just based on the fact that they have only 1 case of Telephone Harrasment speak volumes here.
This guy is most likely on Americas most wanted, or loose from a mental ward. J Dunn Sr. or whatever his name is this week. His Reply to the Judge in Michigan who issued a P.P.O on him was what told me right away who is right and who is wrong here!
On his Facebook page, which is a complete waste of time, He gets mad at the guy he is supposed to be leaving alone before a trail, I think? and puts up a link about a man from Lansing Mi, that raped 7 girls from Crystal Mi, where the guy who called and told him to shut up no doubt lives.
His comment: A bunch of weirdos live in Crystal Mi. So I guess in his minds the girls that were raped are weird. OK
The guy in question E Bowerman or whoever he is accusing. Did not give up his right to a jury trail, based on info or case# given. If he did he would be stupid. As there is no way that this guy making this case to promote his vendetta against not only Bowerman but all the others involved.

If you want to get into a lengthy silly rebuttal of nonsense having no bearing on the July 13 hearing than continue More pertinent post a transcript of the 19 lengthy phone calls OBSCENE Threatening phone calls that Eugene Bowerman left on my phone recording device now in the hands of the prosecuter that will be played at trial These telephone calls . Please include the 2000 dollar extortion attempt . calls to BBB and other dirty tricks he tried . These are the relevent facters in this case and not what I post on facebook which is clearly inadmissable and irrelevent . I am sure my recommemdations will get much support from the court when public defender attempts to get the best plea sentence possible for Eugene. He talks of a jury trial but that is not an option as he waived that right so best is search for mercy from court . I doubt he learns his lesson but when you threaten and harrass others the court has remedies for that behavior . With that said I am done with this silliness and next report will be july 14th. Glad to see so many readers here learning the truth and the one partner in private email that enlightened me that he is soon abandoning the ship as the ship is sinking rapidly as horses are just what they are cheap common claimers and thanked me for my imput on how things work I will not reveal his name ever so will report back july 14

Once again, you have chosen to reply to our request with a comment about your upcoming court case with Eugene and your son's choice of using the restroom at home. Neither of these have anything to do with Flying G Racing. In our post above, we've explained that it seems obvious you have been tormenting Mr. Bowerman as well as other partners. As far as your son's bathroom needs, we cannot begin to imagine why you would choose to discuss that publicly. We feel bad that you would drag your son into such a personal matter between you and another individual. Since you have pulled us into this situation, I can only imagine he feels just as awkward as we do. Please do not continue this as you continue to embarrass yourself and now your family.

Probably know the way by now with out a map. You will get to meet my son who will be on vacation that week . After attempting to resolve this issue with you and receiving no response, we posted a message here directing you to stop posting vague accusations that we have wronged you. You have provided no information to us or on this forum as to how you were wronged or what you feel you are owed.

The only complaint I have seen that directly involves our team is the horse "Only I Know." You have complained about the prices of our horses. We stand behind our value of our racing partnerships. Particularly the horse you have mentioned, "Only I Know", shows great promise. Are you simply complaining about our prices or do you have a more specific complaint?
If you truly do have a complaint for Flying G Racing or an agreement that we have not honored, we give you permission to upload your agreement here. (When you update your complaint or file a rebuttal, you are allowed to upload a photo. Please use this space upload any supporting agreements or documents.)
You continue to reference Eugene Bowerman and your personal issues and conflicts. You have yet to answer our inquiry as to why we have been dragged into this discussion. When our representative contacted you directly, you tried to sell him the domain name "downthestretchstable.com". If you believe Flying G Racing was acting as another stable, why is it you would need to sell us the domain name? Please, since you are using this public forum to accuse, show us and the public actual facts.
If you have a specific complaint against our company, please make it clear. Stop posting general accusations and personal attacks. And, yes, partners have been forced to file Personal Orders of Protection against you. You say that a PPO is easily obtainable. Yes, it is true that anyone can get one. However, obtaining one without a valid reason would be a crime. The police do not wish to waste their time with frivolous cases. It has weighed heavily on our company and our partners to be forced to take civil action and file orders of protection against you.
Also, we would like to assure any partners or potential partners that we have protection against Mr. Dunn. Our PPO and Civil Suit against him will protect our group as a whole. Should not take Judge Young very long to figure out on july 13 th what a lucridious LIAR you are . At least now current and future partners will know how the game is played . I showed your figures to a veteran trainer and he said your very creative in your accounting methods. Anyway you should have by now received a letter from the internal revenue about possible irregularities and reasons I was never sent any tax statements on my 5000 invested in 2011 Changing ownership to your daughter or changing name of stable does not relieve you of that requirement . I am very patient so that issue will be resolved in the future. The July 13 hearing will be centered on why after prosecuter personally called and warned you not to harrass me by telephone that you defied his warnings and made 15-20 threatening phone calls all recorded. I doubt public defender can help much in your case. This conviction with your calls to my neighbors , Your craigslist ads , Your BBB complaints on on auto dealership that you thought I owned, How about the attempt to extort money from me by threatening to not prosecute my son if I sent 2000 sent to you (documented) and other dirty tricks over past year lead only to one conclusion . Your claim addresses a transaction between Hubel Farms and Keeneland. Purchasing a foal to sell later as a yearling is a routine investment called a pinhook. You may be familiar with the story of I'll Have Another, recent winner of both the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness. He was originally bought for $11K by Victor Davila and sold to Paul Reddam for $35K. Was this transaction also a scam? No. Mr. Davila was happy with his investment in I'll Have Another, just as Hubel Farms is likely happy with the progress of Only I Know.

Horse hip number 3031 is bought Nov-15- 2011 at Keeneland Sale for 1200.00 by Hubel farms than consigned to Flyinggracing stable.Name of horse is 'Only I Know" Horse is treated as a piece of pie and chopped up into 40 pieces of 2.5 %. This would be an investment of 30.00 a piece . Horse is than offered for sale for 200 to 300 a share plus training expenses which is nice profit from start . Several horses a year by doing this creates a nice profit for owner .Horses given a few times to start and if these bargain basement horses do not produce than they are discarded and new horses come in and the profit cycle starts again. Horses are never owned by partners so they have no decision making involved . Looks like a great way to profit from race horses that the other serious trainers did not want. This is a factual report and all public knowledge and can help on your decision to become a partner of any racing stable.

After telling Prosecuter he was having Big time lawyer ED White of Michigan to represent him true facts are Eugene showed up in Columbus and processed an indigent fee and was given a public defender. He waived jury trail so that means at least 2 more round trips to Columbus totally at least 1300 more miles to learn his fate for telephone harrassment . His above law suit threats of course never materialized or any of his partners either . I am very happy that he is being held accountable for his past actions. I told him from Day 1 that he can not take my money , scam and threaten me. Besides the courts there are other agencies investigating his shady business practices and will report as needed.

Eugene Bowerman filed for a public defender on June 4 2012 pleading indigent and was given a public defender and waived jury time to plead his case in the future. His fingerprints were taken as required . Future court case to be assigned . This seems to be expensive commuting back and forth to court a 650 mile trip round trip. Justice will eventually come as I am a patient person in recovery of my investment . None of his high-profile attorneys appeared in his behalf so guess Ohio will pay the bill for his public defender. I told him from Day 1 that he can not intimidate me.

Although I have been with flying g racing from the start, I am not sure what the problem is with Mr. Dunn.
from my own personal dealings with Scott Bowerman, and flying g racing, i find both Scott, and flying g to be upfront, and a great deal for the average person to get into horse racing. although i have had my differences of opinion with Scott, we have always managed to resolve them amicably without further issues.
At one point, we had some problems with contracts, but to my knowledge, those issues were resolved to everyone's satisfaction but Mr Dunn. He mentions something about never having signed a contract, and so if he never signed a contract, what's the gripe? It seems to me, if he never signed a contract, he was never involved in the operation.
I think the bigger issue is, the horses are earning money and through his impatience, Mr. Dunn is now left out, and feels he is owed something. Other people have come and gone, but they seem to have no complaints. It would do you a bit of good to remember you can't pick fruit from a freshly planted tree. Gotta give it time to grow, bud.

1st off in regards to taxes, you Mr Dunn were never a part of an llc. so as usual you are misspoken and showing more of your abilities to reason.
James Jefferis was a partner and not a member of the SINGLE OWNER LLC. FLYING G RACING. Who did not pay his bills after wanting to sell his shares back after his bad judgement on his finacials to get involved. As karma would have it, His horse won next race after he defaulted. Also he was sent emails asking for his s.s.n so that he could be given a 1099 as he should have sent to us for tax purposes This is a gambling issue. See on our contracts listed for display on website, that you are libel for your own taxes.
Now back to this nut job Mr Dunns lies and manipulation of the truth as is always his case.
He was kicked ff the blog after repeatidly fighting with everyone as is the case here, non stop every day.
The day in question he ran off a new partner and belittled the passing of another partner!!Real class.
Right away he demands all money back for training, buy ins and even gambling money used in a club.
He was sent 2 contracts he claimed he never got but said thats ok and kept sending money as were were early in development I thought he was a honest guy to that point, later when I showed up for hearing with the stewards, they showed me that he sent them copies of the contracts, less the signuture page,lol. My dealings in 2011 involved only Eugene Bowerman who cashed my checks (documented ) . Ownership of Stable or hiding ownership ,or forming an LLC has no bearing on obligation to provide k-1 statements . I see another ex-partner has filed the same complaint on rip off reports case #880695. Your stable seems to have a bad reputation there for not following legal procedure. I guess maybe best thing to do is contact the IRS for guidelines as how to obtain statements from am LLC that I invested in in 2011 that refuses to release statements. I believe there also may be insructuctions obtainable under Article 178 of the Wect Virginia Racing Committee that may be appropriate . Since Eugene has no recollection of his former address than your name and address to send future requests ? This makes me wonder where else are you lacking in following Federal and West Virginia Racing Commission rules ? James Dunn

The title of your ripoff report consist of flying g racing and you just stated that your case is against Scott Bowerman for something that has nothing to do with Flying G Racing? So now you have made it clear that your motive is to take the stable down by using false information and seems like you may be a bit jealous of the recent success after a certain "partner" backed out.

June 5 Court case is against Eugene Scott Bowerman and is a criminal case resulting in 3 counts of Telephone Harrassment with threats against myself and family. Mr . They participate in our online forum and wear promote our team. Others choose to remain anonymous, watch races from their home, and pay their share of expenses and collect their share of the purses. Youve demonstrated a history of tracking down partners on Facebook or other forums and even filed charges in criminal court. While these charges can be thrown out of court, they still require a formal appearance. This is time-consuming and a nuisance. While we are happy that a handful of individuals have come to our defense, we would not advise any person to engage you directly due to your malicious and litigious nature.
7. The rest of your complaints do not involve Flying G Racing, but one of our members.
Facts:
Many public relations policies advise employees and company officers to ignore an online post that is raging, ranting, bashing or degrading others. When there is no direct instance to address, it is difficult to reason with the person. One such policy is the Air Force Web Posting Response Assessment which can be viewed at http://www.af.mil/shared/media/document/afd-091210-037.pdf. While your statements appeared misguided, we did not feel it would be appropriate for Mr. Bowerman or other partners to acknowledge what is clearly a rant with unsubstantiated claims.
Many of these errors have been previously brought to your attention. Your failure to correct your erroneous and false statements and their repetition after notice of their falsehood constitutes further
publication of libel. It also confirms your malicious intent.
If you do not immediately publish the requested retraction, and cease and desist from tortious interference and making false and malicious comments about Flying G Racing, LLC, it's officers, and its partners, we will file suit against you.

Hearsay is not addmissable anywhere . Why does Eugene not offer to respond as I made a generous offer to pay for arbitration if my facts were not correct ? why is he going to court on june 5th and being threatened to be arrested if does not appear after missing the previous two appearances ? Charges are not made without proof by the prosecuter . I listed my name, why are you not as being the writer of this rebuttal? In the horse racing industry risk is a huge part of the game. UNless you have millions of dollars which i assume Jim doesnt, horse racing is full of risk because of many reasons.
When i joined flying g racing scott gave me all the info up front and wanted me to take time to decide if this was something i was interested in. I was never pressured to join. Since my inclusion of stable i speak with scott on a weekly basis, and he gives me all the time in the world to discuss all the on goings of the stable.
People who get in this game at the level we are in should realize it isnt a get rich quick scheme. Horses take time to develop if ever. I and all of the current good partners realize this and expect nothing other than honesty and a little fun.
Maybe its the fact that our horses are begining to perform well and jim isnt involved anymore i dont know. From my point of view our stable is working as a team with an open forum and open access to our trainer.
Flying g is the best bet in horse racing, trust me i did a lot of research before joining the TEAM. GO FLYING G!!!

To me it sounds like James is a bit out of control. Partners of Flying G have told me that he contacted them in numerous ways such as facebook and e-mail. My understanding of the story is that James agreed to purchase shares in the horses and he began to disagree with ownership on a few decisions so he attempted to back out. If everyone in a certain partnership could back out and get all their money back, their would be no risk? If these were the guidelines of every partnership in America everyone would be rich because their would be no risk in losing any money because you can just back out when the going gets tough. Also the stable was re named after a certain tragic story that involved a close relative to one of the partners so that is completely disrespectful on your partner. In no other partnership that involves horses will you get the type of communication that Scott gives his partners.

Failed to show for his 3 criminal charges again today . Guess if he does not appear than Prosecuter will send a black and white limo for him . No time limit to settle this so he can keep running and hiding.Will now proceed with my recovery of investment. I think he has now figured out that He can not intimidate me.

Eugene (Scott) Bowerman of Flying g racing today did not appear for a criminal hearings and to be fingerprinted and case was referred by to prosecuter for further action . Ohio law allows extradition for criminal cases so no limits involved on his conviction or recovery of my investment . Justice will prevail in this matter.

Eugene S Bowerman ducked his first court appearance by saying he did not receive court date . He is now scheduled this week for a plea and fingerprints required on April 27th at 9am . He is still claiming I am hurting his horseracing site and others by MY freedom of speech in telling the TRUTH on his past practices in dealing with partners . My offer to pay for arbritratation here has met with no answer . He still has right for rebuttal but has not choose to do so. Will keep all updated on results . Thanks

I asked neighbors just to keep eye on my house because of threats from Eugene to my family .They took it beyond that and have organized total security . My thanks to them and will have a block party when weather gets warmer.

After prosecuter told him no more emails to him he continues. He told prosecuter a lot of lies undocumented to him about my persomal character. This will result after the telephone harrassment charges will result in slander charges against him as he has nothing to document his ludicrous false statements.
