this company calls my house about 20 times a day trying to collect a debt that is no longer valid .. it reached statue of limitations for the state of delaware years ago and the law is it cannot be sold or attempted to be collected from a company after the statue has be reached from the original creditor

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Actually...

AUTHOR: D K - (U.S.A.)

If the debt was never paid, they can still collect on it forever.... if it is past statue of limitations, that means it is off of your credit and they may not have any legal remedies against you, but they CAN still collect on the debt.
