This young fellow came to my house to refinish my floors. He took a deposit for $400 and worked on the floors for a few minutes, said he would return. He took my check and never came back, and won't return my calls. I am an elderly lady on a fixed income and now I have to save up for another couple of months to find someone to refinish my floors. I contacted the BBB and they said there are several complaints regarding this individual and that he uses several different names. He is not a licensed carpenter.

Ripoff report allows people to open accounts with verifying who they are. This post claims to be a old lady who Fontaine Flooring has taken money from. Fontaine Flooring has never taken money from any customers or has it worked for a old lady in St. Louis Park. If this is a real report I ask the poster to post a picture of the check and the invoice. If this cannot be provided this post is obviously a fake. Most posing on this site are by competitors looking to get the upper had.
