I order Robert Ferguson Food Lovers Program after see the inforcomercial on tv.It states on their inforcomerical that if you order the merchandise , and you were not happy with it and return merchandise within 6 weeks of receiving it.You will get a full refund. Well I order the program and I kept it for 2-3 weeks. I was not happy with the program after receiving it. So I called to return it and was given a Return Authorization number. I paid for the shipping and handling to return the package. I called to speak with customer service later that day regarding my refund and I was told I will be refunded $19.99, but I paid $39.98 that was 19.99 for the package plus 19.99 for the shipping. So I asked the customer service person why I would not be refunded the full amount? When I paid the shipping to receive and to return. The customer service person advice me I would only get the refund of the merchandise not shipping. I told the person I was not happy with the program he told me if I used the program right I would have gotten results like 1,000 of other cutomers. I explained to him that he did not knew what he was talking about, and that I did follow the program. I was unhappy and he should not make comments about things he do not knew. He proceeded by rushing off the phone by saying is there anything I can help you with ? Like he did not understand my reason for calling in the first place. On that note I ended the call and told him I will let it be known how this company rips people off. Think about it. If a lot of people order this program and do not like it they still pocket $19.99 of the customer money, because I paid to receive and return but am not titled to my full refund of $39.98. Which did not make any since to me.
