My mother received a letter stating this was an official notice which confirms that she is a 2nd prize winner in the second category of the USA Mega under the (International Sweepstake) draw held on 8/10/12. Serial number was given as well as 5 lucky numbers.  Coast Capital Financial Services was assigned by the sweepstake org. Enclosed was a check for 4200.00.  She was directed to contact a Jenny Smith at 1-604-365-0742 who is the claim agent. The processing fee needed in order to collect the 150,000.00 was 3320.00. She contacted the claim agent who "activated the check" my mother was to deposit it into her bank account which she did not. Instead contacted her financial advisor who requested to see the information. I since have read many complaints of this being a scam which was obvious to me.
