This agency stold our initial fees, denied us when other agencies did not, told us we would "never be able to adopt", did not have the decency to call us themselves, instead they used a Paid for service, social worker to call (months after signing on with them and well into the paperwork), who was rude and not at all correct in her assessment of the situation. We had a fixable problem with our homestudy agency and they used that to keep all our fees paid to date and when we tried to arbitrate, they sent us forms weeks later to fill out for arbitration stating we had to agree to pay their attorney's fees if we lost (after being told NO ONE has won), this is the best part, their attorney is the owner's husband, Chip Orr. Ripped off and happy to see they are no longer accepting fees for either of their "adoption programs". Should they reopen, Buyer beware! Unethical, agregious agency that is not looking out for the children but only in it to make a buck.

Thankfully, we found an ethical orphanage and have the child we deserved.
