I called to cancel the end 0f June, they continued to charge my account and send product. I sent product back once and never received the product the month before the last shipment.
How do you return product you never received??
They told the bank a month ago Sept. 2012 they would refund on Oct. 30, 2012 still not refunded. I called and talked to a Ryan at the company who said they would refund 1 yet they also owe me for a month they charged and did not ship or it was lost.
The product does not work!
Service is bad and they do not follow through on service.
