I signed up for their free trial for 7 days and made sure that I understood when the free trial would be over and they couldn't charge my card if I canceled in time, in the directrive I read it stated that when you sign up say if you sign up on sunday you have until the following sunday at the same hour or before to cancel if you cancel after the orginal time you signed up you would be charged. Well I canceled before this and no less than 5 minutes after I canceled I got a recept in my inbox form foreclosure school. I was wondering what was going on I thought spam until I got home and checked my cc statement online and found they had charged my card I have tried to call them, email them, and use their web chat to no avail I called my cc and they were the ones who actually got in contact with them, my cc people had me talk to them and dispute the charges with forclosure store the guy who wouldn't even give me his name he actually said we wasn't giving it to me kept saying I read the term and agreements wrong and they are not going to refund my money, I told him he was scamming people and I hope he feels good about himself, and the way he and others just like him treat his fellow human. I no less than begged and pleaded to this person and told him it was unfair and the terms and agreement if I did understand them incorrectly is the perfect rouse to scam people he told me these are their policies and that's it end of discussion, it was almost like he didn't have a orginal thought in his head he was completly programmed and rude, I asked on more that one occasion to speak to someone else and he said he was the only one there, now if that is true than it kinda sound to me like this is someone who is probably doing this out of this den at home and could really care less one way or another as long as his pockets are being lined with the money of scam victims I will be continuing my dispute with the cc co and hopefully we can get things resolved. If it can't or wont be resolved I plan on canceling my cc as well
