My complaint is that Ford Motor and Signature Ford will not accept responsibility that they (Ford) has built transmissions that are breaking and failing. This is my first Ford and my last!!
You ask, was it past warranty? Yes, by eight months. BUT, with less than 30,000 miles???? That is just not right. Many other people have had the same problem............Ford does not build proper transmissions and does not stand behind them. Countless others have had this problem, read some auto forums.
I have always had GM cars, I will NOT buy Ford again. As an American I want to buy American but can see why some go to foreign auto makers.
