This company slod my Mother-in-law Credit life for her new car, After she died of a stroke they wanted the car back or for the car to be paid off.
The company stated they had proof that she knew that she was going to have a stroke and she knew she was going to die from it!! How and when did the Ford motor company get to be doctors or when did they get to be GOD,

I will for one never forget and I will never ever buy a ford or any of there products or anything they have like nissan orsaturn or something they contract to by till they make this write.

The owner of Ford probally dosen't even care but they make millions, and yet for one car they take it back the only thing she left my wife..

I will never frogive Ford.

Ford Motor Credit did not sell your mother-in-law the vehicle or credit life insurance, they LOANED MONEY.

AUTHOR: John Doe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 05, 2008

Ford Motor Company does not own dealerships or credit life insurance companies. Ford Motor Company does its best to do business with reputable dealerships, they cannot however control them or the insurance companies that the dealer chooses to do business with.

It is important to note that your mother-in-law did not OWN this vehicle outright, she most likely did not have the money to buy the vehicle. She took out a loan from Ford Motor Credit for the vehicle and the life insurance that she chose to purchase. Ford Motor Credit had a lien on the vehicle, giving them the right to take back the vehicle if they did not get paid the money that they gave the dealer for this vehicle.

The life insurance chose not to honor the insurance, I have no way of knowing why or if it was just. The insurance company is in the business of deciding what claims are just and as always you run the risk of fraud. Insurance Companies make their money when they don't have to pay out. You need to take this up with the insurance company, maybe even get a lawyer if you feel that they are fraudulently denying the claim. Talk to the insurance company, find out why or what proof that they have to deny this claim.

No doubt Ford Motor Credit probably attempted to collect from the Credit Life company but found out that the claim was denied. Ford Motor has no way of controlling this company's actions. Believe me, they would rather get paid by the insurance company as they would get more of the money they loaned from insurance than they would get out of selling a repossessed vehicle at a dealer auction.

Ford Motor Company is just that - a company, not a charity. Your mother-in-law is not the only one to die and still owe for her vehicle and she will not be the last. There are many sad stories of death, health issues, family tragedies etc., etc. If Ford started handing out money, dismissing debts and the like they would no longer make profits. Why should they decide to give your wife a free vehicle simply because her mother did not have a savings or any debt-free assets?

Ford didn't do anything wrong

AUTHOR: Tcm - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 16, 2007

The dealership and Ford Credit didn't do anything wrong. Neither one is an insurance company. Your mother got death insurance. It was the insurance company who called it a pre-existing condition. When a death claim is filed the insurance companies do their own investigation. If they determine that payment will not be made they advise all the interested parties. How is it the dealerships fault or ford credits fault that the insurance company didn't pay? Trust me if Ford credit could have gotten payment for the claim they would have been happy. Wouldn't you rather get paid on money owed you?

Time for The Great Thorn to reply to this Rip off report. I will fax this report to many

AUTHOR: The great Thorn - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 10, 2002

Dave, I The Great Thorn would like to tell you a few things that might help you. This is the type of Rip Off that really bends my soul. Car dealers that do what this car dealer has done to your mother-in-law are very deceptive. Time to expose.

I feel that this deceptive car dealer that your mother-in-law bought her car from needs to be revealed in your Rip Off report.

The trouble that you and your wife are having is because of the dealership your mother-in-law bought her car from has a bunch of GREED! Not Ford Motor credit.

What I feel happened in this case is that the car dealer's finance manager sold her the credit life Ins, took your mother-in-law's money, but never paid for the credit life Insurance policy. In other words dealer's F& I manager and the dealer's General manager are big A holes and need to be exposed.

Do you or you wife have any of the documents that this sucky car dealer had her sign when she bought the car?

Please Dave
I urge you to post the name of the car dealer that she bought her car from. Post dealer's address, phone number, fax number and any of the dealer's employees names that help put this bad car deal together. Do you have and of the sales peoples business cards in her papers?

After you post all of this info on this SUCKY FORD DEALER, I The Great Thorn will Print a "Printer Friendly Version" of your Rip off Report and fax it to the dealer that she bought her car from. I will fax a copy to the President and CEO of Ford Motor Corp. William Clay Ford. Henry ford's Great Grandson. His Email address is WFord@ford.com. I will also fax a copy of your Rip Off report to Automotive News. I will also fax a copy to many other fax numbers at Ford Motor Corp.

I will help you expose this bad car dealer. I have a fax machine and MANY FAX NUMBERS. Once you post the name of this SUCKY FORD dealer I will fax a copy of this Rip Off Report to all of the Ford dealerships in your area. We will see to it that all of the other Ford Dealers know that this sucky Ford dealer Has made The Rip Off Report.

I think I will also fax a copy of this Rip Off Report to all of the Chevy dealers in your area so they can use it as a "Closing Tool" to show their Chevrolet customers what a Local Ford dealer in your city is doing to senior citizens.

Foot note to this bad car dealer. Think of this! This Rip Off Report will be sent to many search engines all over the Internet. Once a car buyer is looking for a Ford dealer that has a name close to yours, the above Victim's Rip Off Report will pop up in their face. The real nice think about www.ripoffreport.com is that they DO NOT Delete Rip Off Reports AT ALL!

Unlike the BBB that prevents your deception from being exposed, just along as you pay your dues. You know, give them their fees and they keep the public uneducated on automotive deception.

I and the Victim nor you have no idea how many people will read this Rip Off Report.
Nor do I know at this time how many places that I will fax a copy of this complete Rip Off Report to.

To all that read this. There are many companies that train car dealer's sales managers, F&I managers, Gerenal managers and sales people how to take car buyers "TO THE CLEANERS"

So before you sigh anything at any car dealer make sure you know what you are signing. In most states you DO NOT have 3 days to bring it back if you do not like the car deal.

Trust me Dave, many will read your Rip Off Report!

Signed
