I was lured in by a classified add and called the 800 number for information. I was told about the agency and what they provided, then told I would be shipped foreclosure listings for my area for $9.95. I was told it was a membership and I had ten days to cancel. I did not receive the information until OVER 10 days so had no time to make the decision to cancel. OK fine. I figured I'd eat the month membership fee and called to cancel. However, when I pulled up my bank account online I found TWO SEPARATE charges of 9.95 and TWO SEPARATE charges of 29.95!!! I immediately called the 800 number and was put on hold for 45 min. (thank God for two lines and speaker phone!)

After finally reaching someone it was explained to me that they offer TWO Separate services one for the information access online and one for financial services. TWO SEPARATE SERVICES FOR TWO SEPARATE CHARGES!!! This was not explained as separate services and separate charges. It was deceitfully presented as this wonderful service and nothing is said about separate charges. I ended up calling about 3 or 4 times to no avail, left messages and then put on hold for TWO HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!! I left the phone on speaker phone just to see how long they were going to let me wait. I finally hung it up after 2 hours....NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN A BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES OR ANYWHERE ELSE. DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!
