Forclosureworld contacted me to offer me a way to make money in real estate. They offered me several things to help me do this.
After a long phone conversation to make sure it all sounded legit i agreed to pay $7435 for all the materials and coaching sessions.
I did not receive all of the materials promised and the ones i did receive were useless. When i contacted the company i found out the original person i talked to no longer works there of course. When i finally got to speak to someone they admitted that the things they sent me were bad proucts and promised to send me better ones. that was weeks ago. I have nothing but a big credit card bill.
Im hoping to get some sort of monetary compensation but we all know how easy that is.
What ever you do, Stay as far away from any of these companies as possible.

I finally got my refund. aftera few phone calls and deliberations on how to actually recieve the money. It has been paid in full. I could not have done this without rip off reprt dot com. The information received from others was vital in making this happen.
If you have been scammed by this company, be persistent. Contact all consumer prtection agencies thatn may be involved i.e. utah adn your home state. Have a lawer write a letter if necessary.

After a few phone calls and letters i got now where fast. I contacted teh consumer protection agency for both New Jerey and Utah. The consumer protection agency of utah sent PCS a citation for violation of the telemarketing act. I also sent them a letter from an attorney expalining my position and demanded a full refund or they will be sued. about a month and a half later i got an email from PCS saying they will refund 100% if i agree to absolve them from any further liability. I added to the letter that if my refund is not received within thrity days that i reserve all my legal rights. They agreed over the phone and in writing.
Everything looks good so far. Hopefully i should receive the money in a few weeks. I will keep you posted.
