Yes I agree.. I should have been smarter..I should have had a Mechanic to look it over. and for that it is my fault,, i should have looked here first, or angies list but I didnt. I trusted them and there word. which Isn't worth a Plumb nickle.. now all I want is my personnel belongings back, and they refuse to give them to me, and my plate... i'll be happy to give them back the Key ( which is a coded key ) But they wanna charge me $150.00 for my stuff I bought already that has nothing to do with the car. All I am saying is they don't live up to there word, and sell cars that are jimmy rigged to work for a bit... I was burned .. I just dont wanna see someone or there child killed in one of there rigged vehicles... or in todays economy where money is scares to see someone get ripped off.. thats all im saying here. im speaking from my own experience with them and what others told me.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM FOREMAN MOTORS.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS TRUSTWORTHY.. DANNY IS A SMOOTH CON ARTIST AS WELL AS JOE ( his Brother ) and Giselle ( jiszell)not sure how you spell her name.. do what he said get a mechanic friend to check cars out first..  

I'm not familiar with Florida laws regarding purchase of a used vehicle but, I do think if it were me making this kind of purchase, I'd have my own mechanic look the vehicle over and give it the ok. If the contract says "as Is" or no warranties, that's probably best way to protect yourself. ("Buyer beware!").

GOD how stupid are you.. i answered the question with an explaination.. YES it was repoed for non payment.. i REFUSE to pay for it and put good money in a bad car..THEY ( since your so simple minded) meaning foreman motors PROMISED to repair the Vehicle..THEY ( foreman motors) refused to do so. understand!!! yes it is my responsibility to pay my payment, but it is there responsibility to make sure they FIX what they say they will.. NO FIX NO PAY GET IT!!! This is second time I had to answer your question..and THEY CAn have the car!!! understand I just want my things back...or if they do what they promised.. I WILL PAY THEM.. NOW YOU UNDERSTAND.. let me ask you a question.. lets say your at a restaurant.. you order a Steak Dinner.. it comes out. looks good smells good but you start to eat it and it is terrible a real rotten taste.. are you gonna pay for that meal?? or eat it? or have it sent back to be done over?? you wont pay for it if they dont redo it.. right??? so you get a car it is promised to be fixed and never gets done instead they say it is your problem now.. would you still pay them??? If yopu answer yes your more of a jackass then I thought.. anyway thats what these people are saying you nimble minded person.. foreman wont stand up to there agreement so why should they..????? I been calling the repo company for three days, and they never return my call to get my stuff... i guess thats ok too  with you.. to steal someones property and not return it to them... all you wanna do is argue a point that you have no idea of.. have you ever gotten a CAR FROM FOREMAN MOTORS??? if so lets here your story, other words shut up on something you know nothing about.. and I still think your one of them and so do others i talked to.... I  have to go i have to do my report on them for angies list. and the newspapers.. hopfully the paper will print and investigate it.. and YES i am persuing a class action SUIT against them.. unless they do what they say...very simple and very fair on my part..

Oh my god do you really think everyone on here is WRONG? you may be right about the BBB's i dont know them personally or have done anything with them till now.. But I doubt very much all these people are wrong.. as for me Yes my car was repoed, i refuse to pay for a vehicle that was suppose to be fixed and never was, want the low down.. needed brakes on all 4 wheels, now when have you gone to a car lot and checked the brakes, NEVER! #2 transmission slips, didnt start till i was part way home from them when i called about it they said thats your problem now, I guess thats working with the customer right? NOT!! #3.. no heat when i bought the car in was in summer hot..so i never checked heat, when a mechanic friend of mine looked he said the lines were bypassed and the rear lines were cut off, why didnt they mention that? hmmm ..also the air conditioning quit working after one day .. it worked there but then again a scam... fill it and it works but it slowly leaks out so you get screwed,... are you starting to understand now, and still they wont fix it, engine has close to 289000 miles now, it Burns oil now runs rough at times. fron end needs ball joints or ty rod ends wears tires in just a few months down to metal beads, oh yes thats safe for people ...they dont care.. so i stopped paying till it gets fixed. i already laid out enough in tires rotors and brakes, so lets boil this down 

Bad tranny rigged to work good for a day or two, same with air conditioning, no heat, then again no heat lines the cores are totally clogged both front and rear, im not a mechanic so i had to trust them..
Bad front end, high miles didnt know that because the odometer and trip meter didnt work till my friend fixed it. and all they can say is its your problem now,, i seen that a few times on here... OH YES THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS...I THINK NOT!!! as for me they can keep the car i just want my stuff out of it and my plate..i get that i give them the key.simple... but i wont pay that $500.00 towing Bill plus the $150.00 dollars to get my belongings back.. there not part of the car so to me that is stealing. and i need my plate.. I WONT PAY FOR A VEHICLE that is not safe and the used lot promised to repair till they get your money then sorry sucker its your problem now so Don't even tell me they are fair and justified, I really think your one of them anyway i mean either Danny or Gisselle or someone that is part of that family.. If they wanted to be "accredited" by the BBB, they can!  All they need to do is buy into the BBB con-game!  The BBB will sell...and I did say SELL their phoney "accreditation" to ANYBODY who wants to buy it.  The BBB is NOT part of any government body.  The BBB has absolutely zero powers to "enforce" anything.  There are car dealers, as well as other businesses which hide behind the BBB.  They BUY their BBB phoney accreditation then continue to scam the public.  The BBB is NOT your friend, the BBB is nothing more than a cheap, sorry scam operation designed to deceive the public.  If you complain to the BBB what they do is see if the merchant you are complaining about has paid them for their PHONEY ACCREDITATION.  If so, they go thru the motions of an "investigation" and do NOTHING.  If the merchant has not bought into the BBB SCAM, they use your complaint as a SALES LEAD, contact that merchant and attempt to sell them the PHONEY ACCREDITATION and "A+" PHONEY RATING.

So tell us what's going on here.  The dealership responded to you by claiming you had to be repo'ed etc, etc, etc.  Any truth in that?  And like I said before, when people have no intelligent rebuttal, their ususual immature response is "you must work for them" or "you must be the owner".  Sorry pal, I am neither.

first off most people commented that foreman motors promised to fix or replace what was wrong.. they never do .. second.. they can rig anything to work temperarily.. and dont you think it is there responsibility to make sure there customers are safe in the cars they buy?? is everyone wrong here to say there crooks I think not.. since i am one of them that got taken by Foreman Motors and learned the hard way .. i posted my name and number so all that got taken can call me so we can ban together against such thieves yes Danny im talking about you.. I also talked to some workers there and they say there thirves but they need a job.. even your own people say it. Actually one did on here. the guy who is writing this message that im answering is probably Danny or his wife or Gisselle . dont be fooled by them there con artist.. ask another dealer if they ever heard of Foreman motors i guess there lieing too hey Dan... AND if there so great why aren't they accredited by the BBs ( Better Business Breauea )  lets guess.. hmmm CAUSE THEY CAN'T BE!!! THERE CROOKS. Remember therescam artists, they know how to play you, try talking to that dim wit Danny.. he has the mentality of a five year old no schooling just lots of con practice. and probably drugs.. but dont know for sure. just what i heard from workers of his. so Foreman Motors you can have all your employees write here I will Rebuttal every one i see. at least my mom is not ashamed of me.

Somebody files a report about predominately things they controlled and out of the clear blue sky magically other "reports" show up.  Could it be they are all written by the same person in an effort to trash the dealer because of collection efforts???  Well lets look at report #1.  The wipers were non functional....EASY TO SEE ON A TEST DRIVE.  The A/C wasn't working...EASY TO DETERMINE IN A TEST DRIVE. 

The windshield washer was not working...EASY TO SEE DURING A TEST DRIVE.  Tires which need to be replaced...EASY TO SEE DURING A TEST DRIVE.  Did the buyer even bother to do a test drive?  Who is the FINAL line of defense if the car is a good purchase?  The BUYER!  Then #2 another gem of a report.  The buyer, who was financed by this SUBPRIME dealership wasn't able to get a bank loan because they screwed previous creditors! 

Then they buy a car from this store and what do they do...screw them too!  This Einstein wonders why the BBB hasn't done anything yet!  Who exactly do you think the BBB is?  The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body.  The BBB has ZERO enforcement powers and cannot force anybody to do anything!  The business of the BBB is to sell "memberships" and to sell their phoney, useless "accreditations" and "phoney ratings". 

ANYBODY can buy any phoney rating they want...just like you can buy a phoney college degree which looks good on your wall but has absolutely zero meaning or importance.  Oh poor baby...you fail to make your payments on time and they begin collection efforts including a repo...which YOU brought on.  Go ahead, inform the papers...they will laugh in your face because when you continue to live as a deadbeat you can expect to be treated as a serial deadbeat.  No, I don't work for them!

as an update to my post i also wanna point out that they contacted me and said i owe them $865.00 plus $475 for repo fees, which isnt even close to what i owe,they said they drove my car away from my driveway, how do you drive a car that has a key with a chip in it.? and i have the only key.. to me thats tresspassing and theft, especially since i dont owe what they say and i have papers to prove it, I was paying Car Financial, so why did Foreman have it repoed, when i called car financial they said we gave it back to Foreman.. hmmm sound shady or what??

i want my car back or i will proceed to write to every paper, Orlando post, fLORIDA TODAY, AND ALL THE LOCAL PAPERS. nd Better Business breauea as well as my congressman and report them as the Frauds they are. they haven,t even called me back i have personnel property in the car which i hope but doubt is still there . OHHH and i just was told to remove my posts by foreman motors by Giselle..((hmmm is that a threat.???) i am also filing for a petition to get a permit to picket there place to warn others NOT TO BUY THERE!!!

go someplace thats honorable..  i want my car back.. or at least my stuff thats in there.. as for the car they never repaired it like they say they would... they did try to replace a rain guard but it wasnt the same one and it was cracked and was taken off one of there other junkers.. i guess there more into drugs then cars,from what i have seen posted on here never seen them with it but then i never seen a million dollars... so i was told by an ex worker.... Your story sounds like mine, I too was ripped off by them crooks especially that jackass Danny who thinks he is all that . Im Disabled ( vet) and on a fixed income, and i went there to get a car. when i found one it had problems like all there others, but i got promised it get fixed. and it never did. now they repoed my car for a late payment. i too wanna sue those well in nice words people. so if you have any idea's or already have a suit started please include me... my number is 321-327-7287 I have no idea why the better business Breaue hasn't done anything yet, i just hope all my stuff is still in the car and not sold to a pawn shop like you said they do. if anyone can help me and my wife please please call us.
