Mark Fogel is an ex- convict and disbarred Attorney. Mr. Fogel was incarcerated   in a Federal Prison for several Years. Then he was put on Probation for several years. He was arrested and Prosecuted for stealing a very large  sum of money in a Securities Fraud Scheme.     Fogels prior Conviction and Arrest record.   Mr. Fogel did apply for a gun permit  by manipulating the system into giving him one, along with an Investigation licence. Fogel tried to  to justify a gun permit, by claiming to have an Investigators License. Which he should not have either.   Mark Fogel is a criminal and by no means shall he possess a gun/investigators licence. He was Incarserated in a Federal Prison. And is a very Dangerous man. 

Mark Fogels Partner is another x-convict disbarred Attorney named Perry Reich. Reich was  incarcerated  in Federal Prison For Forgery, Obstruction of Justice,  Lying to the  FEDS !!  These are both X Convicts that should not possess an Investigors Licence. Reich spent  2 1/2  Years  in Ottisville Correctional Facility.    Then  was on Probation  for a  few  years. Reich and also have a history of mental illness. As Mark Fogel blamed his brain Tumor for making him commit the crime of securities Fraud. And part of the terms of Reich being released from prison was that he was made to see a Psychiatrist and take medicine.
