Forever Comfy Would not allow me to purchase just one, they said an additional one was free but they 3x the shipping and handeling Internet

I only wanted one comfy seat for my wheelchair , but the web site would not allow me to purchase just one...The cost was l9.95 for one they would include a second one free yet they trippled the shipping and handeling. This made the order total 79.70...There is no way to cancel the order online and if you need to cancel you must wait 24 hours and go to a different website called customer status...then you have to wait another 48 hours for them to cancel your order...
