That was not the case for me.
My wife left her place of work around 6:30PM (later than I thought!) and hadnt received anything. However, the delivery guys called around 6:15PM (already past the limit, especially for an AM order), and claimed they were leaving from New Territories and theyd be there in an HOUR. She declined who wants to stay at work for an extra hour doing nothing??
So yeah, surprise is ruined and its not even February 14th!
I have filed a PayPal dispute to get a refund (which I received). Please, save yourself the trouble, The fact that theres no phone number anywhere on the website should have been the first warning sign. They will NOT give you any number to call in case of trouble.
