I feel that I'm being ripped off! I have recently bought 1 beauty laser package, and then they talk me into upgrading to another package, telling me the benefits of it, and then, they talked me into upgrading to a 3rd package, saying that it will be much better for what I'm looking for when they could have done this from the very beginning. I have fully expressed my desire and what I wanted to achieve with the laser facial and neck treatments. I didn't need a whole lot of work, just minor maintenance. They do not fully explain the procedures to me, and/or tell me how often I need to get treatments. I basically have to ask all questions, research myself, or ask the laser tech's which then sends me to the girls at the front desk for information. I haven't seen any improvements whatsoever and I have voiced that to the spa's manager. All she wants to do is do more upgrades which means more money and I really don't have a serious facial/neck issue. I can't get appointments regularly for the treatments to work, and they always mess up on my appointments scheduling. I've asked them to take out the money from my bank every 9th of the month and they take it out on the 1st leaving me with fees to deal with and a headache as well. I'm beginning to think that my money was ripped off and nothing was improved on my face/neck areas. Over the counter creams could have done this for a lot less money.
