Fortatrust is has engaged from day one in malpractices to rip-off customers. Their cancelation process is “virtual” meaning they say you have to call customer service and then the answering machine keeps looping your call back to the beginning for ever. I signed up for a 15 dollars monthly small vps subscription, two days later the vps was up. 3 days later they were charging me 53 dollars besides the first 15 a month charge (not what I sign up for but they put up fine prints afterward).
After that the server hasn’t been 1 full day up and running without me having to write to their support for a reboot. Last thing, I tried to install a windows update and of course the vps had to restart, then it never came back up and wen asked for assistance, they said I had to pay a 10 dollar server restore…
I’m setting a stop payment on my bank account to prevent from more unlawful charges and they have black listed me publicly in their site!!
