Many, many times I have spoken with them, and I did contact the office (during one of the many times we spoke) and returned the as the product simply did not work. I provided the tracking number the first time ( US Postal Service No 98020) sent to Edmonds WA,) "She returned the first Freedom Leg without contacting our office because she believed it was the wrong size. It was the correct size so we next day aired another Freedom Leg of the same size back to her" is an incorrect statement. At this juncture since BOTH items are in the possestion of the vendor I want my 449.00 credited to my acct. I will eat the postal costs. If not, I will take this to the next level. The BBB should NOT be supporting a company that does not only provide excellent customer service, but goes against it's own guarentees. Thank you

Forward Mobility (ForwardMobility.com) does not work has one customer servcie agent, wrote, returned item, they lost it and have yet to refund my cost of 509.00 It is deplorable when someone is at a disadvantage (physcially) that they should take such advantage of people.  They are the ultimate rip off.  They have the product back (they sent me the same one twice) I returned it twice and they have yet to refund me my money.  NEVER EVER use Forward Mobility.com AT ALL  

TOTAL RIP OFF!!  Reported to Better Business Bureau as well.
