Finally got hold of someone staff stated Mark Foster been too busy. I was very annoyed. Finally finished my claim and with held my money for 4 months despite calling again and again! also awaited cheque which was half what I was originally told! incompetent staff throughout liars!
Complaint made to SRA awaiting outcome will report back as soon as I know more.
