I purchased a camcorder at a great price on a saturday,149.99.On Sunday I got an e-mail stating i needed to call to complete the order,I called right away. I had to speak with a sales rep who told me the battery with the camcorder was only a 15 minute battery and I would need the 2 hr battery,I told him no I would pick one up cheaper,He said it would be another 30 dollars for the 2 hr battery.

I also opted to pay for 3 day shipping. He then told me if I didn't take the 2 hr battery the camcorder would be backordered so already annoyed with the bait and switch I said well send it I have a graduation next friday so I need it,I figured 3 days is ok because I'm in Ct ,only 1 state away. Well Friday got here and still no camcorder. I called and asked why it is not here and they said it was damaged in shipment and returned and they would overnight another one.

On tuesday the next week still no camcorder I called back now they are telling me it has to come from a drop shipper and they have me as overnight with them,now I'm really annoyed asked what they were going to do because I paid for 3 day shipping and it's already a week late, They said"well you're getting overnight now" I just hung up. Now friday rolls around and it is still not here,called back they said it was shipped and finally gave me a tracking number it got here the following monday.This does not end here.

I went on the samsung site and looked up my camcorder to chk the battery life and sure enough it was an 80 minute battery so i called to find out where the 2 hr battery is. The rep I spoke with was very rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about he said you got the 4 hour battery, I stated it was an 80 minute battery and I paid for the 2 hr. He asked "where did you get your information from? that is a 4 hr battery?" I told him i looked up the battery and it has 80 on the battery not 120 which is stated on the site.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and he stated he is the supervisor. After arguing with him for 20 minutes he offered me a 1 gig high speed sd card which he would send out that day,I told him this was useless and I would never shop there again and agreed to accept this 109.00 high speed card. here it is a minth after that conversation, I got the card , it is a 10.00 kingston card not the high speed card offered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
