Fotoconnection.com Bought Nikon 40Dx THEY ARE MISLEADING, FRAUDULENT, PRODUCTS ARE NOT FACTORY SEALED, THEY HAVE RUINED MY CHRISTMAS Internet

I ordered a Nikon D40x camera for my daughter for Christmas. I have done the majority of my shopping online for years and this has been the worst internet purchasing experience I have ever had. Their website is more than misleading, it is fraudulent. These people cannot be allowed to stay in business. It is criminal. Nobody likes to be ripped off; but this was an investment we made for my daughter and it really stretched us financially. This wasted expense has ruined our Christmas. You do not even have the option of returning the product unless you want to pay the expensive "overnight" shipping they offer for "free", plus the return shipping and a re-stocking fee. This re-stocking fee, I warn you, is for a product that is not factory sealed. Their free cleaning kit; however, comes factory sealed! The free tripod is about an inch tall. The lense that comes with the camera is a cheap plastic one (not the quality glass lens you would get purchasing it anywhere else and it does not include the charger!! (also included in any other purchase from Dodd, Ritz, Target, or any other reputable company... )
You can argue with them all you want. You have no recourse and they seem to know it. They actually told me if I wanted to incur the expense of returning the product, my 3 year warrenty (which I never usually purchase!) was not refundable!! I have been told this cannot be true; but, how can I afford to take the chance. So, to return the product, it would have cost me just over $200.00!! I have been burned badly. If I can prevent it from happening to you, at least it will not have been for nothing. Please do not buy from fotoconnection.com
