I was told by mortgage broker David Willmow that I had to make acceptance decision within the hour, not over night as
I requested. He advised me to fill out their $407 charge to continue which was not to be charged until the survey.
Next day I found his figures higher than persent CITI mortgage and called to cancel before survey---to no avail I was charged.
THESE GUYS ARE TELEMARKETING SCAMMERS!
