I purchased a item from this store (bag of 35mm film for photography) on October 6th. Item was supposedly shipped on October 12th, 2010, but after 50 days, I still have not received it.

I patiently waited over 40 days, and e-mailed the store. I never got a reply, so I wrote couple more times, and still, they did not even bother replying to my e-mails.

The store never bothered to contact me back, to sort things out. They never gave me an update on where my package was, it's tracking number, or why was it taking so long.

Custom received full Refund for Package

Customer emailed and we attempted to track package. As is typical with Brazilian Custioms dept, the package took a while to clear. Customer was then refunded full amount and shipping (total price was $20.00).
