Framesbymail.com Broken and Shoddy Product Maryland Heights, Missouri

I had ordered from this company previously and received an acceptable picture frame. This time I was sent a broken and un-assembled frame that was supposed to be velcroed to my canvas, and not even attached at the corners. This was remarkably awful in appearance and use. I had a written suggestion to attach corners with nails for further stability, and tried to use
metal staples to attach the corners. This did not work. No  hardware, other than a bag of Velcro strips was included, and one frame side was broken and had to be glued.

There was no packing slip so I could return it, and to return it, I would have had to pay a 20% restocking fee and postage. It also couldnt be returned, because I had used staples to attach it to the corners, making it impossible to return.

I have purchased many frames, including floating canvas frames and have never seen anything this shoddy. Avoid purchasing canvas frames at all costs. They are garbage.
