Hey, I'm just a "Simple Girl" that sells "MaryKay Cosmetic Products" trying to make a living in this "Screwed Economy", so I get the idea that I need to try and do more online, to my disappointment I get RippedOff and the screws put to me even more by Quan Nguyen of FranceDedicatedServers.com / DediMonster.com / GigaBox Hosting LLC , they completely stoled my $16.63 USD and refused to provide me with any service in return when I noticed that their Server Setups are all on "Trial Version" Windows SoftWare that should not even be used in a Production Environment much less charging the General Public with, this violation of MicroSoft Terms of Agreement should be reported to MicroSoft !
This in addition to the fact that they advertise they grant you "Admin Access" on their RDP servers, which is really just an Win 7 account that they grant you with "Sub-Admin Access" for only 24-Hours resulting in your being only a users on their "Trial Version" Windows SoftWare with your account below their Admin account thus giving Quan Nguyen of FranceDedicatedServers.com / DediMonster.com / GigaBox Hosting complete access to steal your Data and any SoftWare along with the SoftWare Keys that you install with them having Admin Access to simply change your Password and enter your Windows Account to snoop and steal your Data / SoftWare keys!
We will also be informming MicroSoft as to Quan Nguyen of FranceDedicatedServers.com / DediMonster.com / GigaBox Hosting using "Trial Version" Windows SoftWare to charge the General Public with !
We tried to work to a resolution with Quan Nguyen of FranceDedicatedServers.com / DediMonster.com / GigaBox Hosting, to avoid posting this, but instead of trying to make the customer whole, they result to calling the customer a SCAMMER and simply keep the customer's money, INCREDIBLE, their response was:

(Their Advertising states that you have Admin Access, not that you are a Sub-Admin below their Admin account for only 24-hours with only Sub-Admin access allowing them the Admin above you (meaning them / FranceDedicatedServers.com) to steal your Data / Software, in short, all they are doing is adding you as a Windows Account in Win 7 with them as Admin over your account to get this, A temporary "Trial Version" of windows that should not even be used in a Production Enviroment, this in itself is a violation of MicroSoft and should be reported, when you log-in to your account in the corner it reads MicroSoft "Trial Version" SoftWare)

This is not going to work for me, temporary access for only 24-hours, and also being a Sub-Admin to another
Admin that has rights to change my password at any time, I need more "Security" than that, what can you offer ?
Nothing in the advertisement mention thats the structure of the setup.
I have not installed anything, a refund or credit towards a Vps or Dedi will be fine.

We are very sorry to hear that francededicatedserver.com and Mr. Quan Nguyen has tried to scam you of your hard earn money and did do the right thing by refunding or giving you proper legal service.
We are also a victim of this scam, Dedimonster.com and Gigabox Hosting in no way have a affiliation or relationship with Mr Nguyen or francededicatedservers.com.
It has come our attention that francededicatedservers.com and Mr. Nguyen has stolen our company identity/info. and is using it without any approval from Dedimonster.com or Gigabox Hosting.
We try very hard everyday to operate a standup company that believes in customer satisfaction and excellent support for our customers.
