If you do hear from Frank at some point down the road in email, he will eventually respond by saying he is an honest person, provides top customer service, but then will proceed to shift the blame on you as the reason the process is not started. However, this is just to make you feel things are ok and that don't ask for the $500 to be refunded.
I am in pursuit with the FBI as this person needs to be wiped out from ripping people off. Do not trust this individual. Do not believe him when he tells you "This works and it's real!" because it is not. You will have $500 stolen right out from under you - and your identity stolen as well.
Do not fall for this scam.
