They got my $500 without a problem, and then never did a thing. At first, claimed they needed the paperwork to get started. Then, the fax wouldn't work. One excuse after another.

Phone doesn't work, emails bounce. But my $500 is gone.

First of all let me clear the air about this report.. >>>>I HELPED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE DO THEIR CREDIT AND ONLY 2 PEOPLE WERE UNHAPPY WITH THIS PROCESS>>>>>>This client was never a client.   Clients were always told "There are no guarantees with this process" upfront before we bagan...Secondly the process, so everyone can see how this works and how the problem like this could exist.  The client fills out the paperwork, I then instruct them to fill out the request form for their free annual credit reports from all 3 credit agencies. They fill out and they send it out.  Once they have done that it takes about 30-45 days to the reports back,---THEY WERE SENT TO THE CLIENT----, once they receive them it was the CUSTOMERS JOB to send them to me in the mail.

Once I received them I would go to each individual website for experian, equifax, and trans union.  I would pull up the report on the site and dispute every negative item, there is certain words you can use to have them removed, this is all legal using their fair credit reporting act.  Once I did all 3, it would take about 30-45 days to get another set of reports ----THAT WERE SENT TO THE CLIENT---- , and then again they were to send them to me.  Usually the client will see signicant deletions the first time from each bureau, they were the very rare occassions that the client would not see any, either way we would do the process of disputes again.



*****Now if the client never got reports in the mail, it was their responsability to call me after the 45 day mark so they could re submit for their reports.  This was the clients responsability if they did do there part than that was on them. Every client knew their part in this from the beginning.*******



These people who have less than perfect credit usually have that credit because of irresponsability, not all of them but most of them.  If they were irresponsable taking care of their credit and now are responsable trying to fix it, then I can not help them. I did everything possible to set these clients up for a positive outcome.   ****IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO FIX YOUR OWN CREDIT I CAN GIVE YOU A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF HOW TO DO IT YOURSELF. I NO LONGER HELP ANYONE, ESPECIALLY OUT OF STATE CLIENTS..... Due to the problems it has caused with these unhappy clients.

They never even STARTED to do anything with my credit!

After they got my $500, no phone, no fax, no money. They did not START anything to repair credit. It is not as if I did not get results fast, they just TOOK THE MONEY and that was it. A YEAR PASSED without anything being done.

I find it most coincidental that the 2nd rebuttal was posted by "Showood" and about how "Showood" has worked with Frank and Tammy and know how they work with their clients.

Hhhmmm....After reviewing many of the other reports on this site, as well as quite a few others, everyone shows the email address of Frank and Tammy as showood@comcast.net.

Seems kinda conspicuous to say the least.  Nice try Frank and Tammy.

Consumer irrresponsability

I have worked with Frank and Tammy on several occassions and know how they work with their clients. Alot of these clients want them to remove all of their mistakes( bad credit) but dont want to do what it takes to get the job done. Example getting the reports to Frank and Tammy so they can do the work. Or after the process is started they dissappear for 6 months not calling Frank and Tammy to see what is going on with their credit.

They have a lot of clients and I know that if I paid someone to do something I would not wait 6 months or longer to get ahold of them to see what was going on...... Especially when the same speal is said to every person at the beginning. "Your only job as the client is to pay all your good credit on time, no late payments, no more bad debt, such as late payments or collections, and check your mailbox and send reports to us as soon as you get them in the mail. If you dont receive anything get in touch with us immediately so we can take care of it." These clients dont do their part or get reports and wait months to get them in the mail. Or they during the process they make late payments or get more collections which creates an adverse effect on what they do....

Rome was not built in a day and it took longer than that for these people to ruin their credit why would they assume it would take a shorter period of time to make it better? I know that several of the clients who did not do their part Frank and Tammy refunded their money to them. But when clients dont get a 700 score over night they cry fraud or rip off.... That is not just and then for people like this guy Adam from Alabama who posted in July that he was ripped off who was not ever a client is obsurd to say the least.... There a list of clients who have had great success and have been pleased with the service Frank and Tammy offer these few clients are unhappy cus they failed to do their part or werent an 800 beacon score over night......

Ultimate Top Beacon worked perfectly for my husband and I

My credit score improved by 100 points in a year. The same is true for my husband. We went from being denied for any form of credit to being approved for car loans, personal loans, and credit cards as well. The process is slow being that it takes time for creditors to respond to Frank and Tammi's request. But patience is a virtue because our FICO went from 530 to 640 in a year. We have recently hired Ultimate Top Beacon again to have him improve our credit further. It's unfortunate that life can get in the way and prolong situations, but I ensure you that his help is well worth the wait. Thanks again for your help Frank and Tammi, you've got A's in our book.
