Frank Anthony Nuzzo Precision Auto Leasing FRAUD ALERT! SCAM ARTIST! LIAR! Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

A Firm in the name of Eric Berkowitz CPA, PA in Stuart, Florida was hired by Precision Auto Leasing, Inc. to handle certain accounting and tax related matters. At the time the firm was hired I did my own due diligence with the desire to find out who we were going to be providing services to each month. Initially I googled the company and the people connected to the business. What I found created apprehensions and concern. The postings by several people alleging everything from fraud
to theft had me doubting who had retained the firm and that, as most people think, that where there is smoke there must be fire. I decided to not put the cart before the horse and find out if there was any basis to the allegations. Over the last four months, what I have witnessed first hand has not only eliminated any questions or concerns, the actions of this company have demonstrated to me how slanderous those postings I found on the Internet truly are to the company and those
connected to the company, more specifically to Kathryn O'Brien and Anthony Nuzzo. What I have also witnessed is a work ethic that is beyond approach, They have been maliciously attacked with no basis. Their business model is incredible and they have delivered on every representation and commitment they have made to our firm and as we have reviewed the source documents of their business activity I am shocked that there was anything negative to say about them or the company. If all of our clients conducted themselves and their businesses in the fashion they have done it would make our job so much easier. I share
this with anyone I come in contact with because they deserve for an unbiased person to state the truth and have the record set straight. I applaud their business ethics and their results. Great Job Precision and it's staff.

I used to work for Precision Auto Leasing (PAL) as an executive, and I can confirm that Frank Anthony Nuzzo is indeed a scam artist, liar and outright thief. Upon discovering Nuzzos fraud, I left the company and notified the proper authorities. Mr Nuzzo solicited millions of dollars on the premise he was going to take PAL public on Nasdaq. He was using a disgraced and crooked attorney named William to help file paperwork and portray his efforts of soliciting investors and funds as legitimate. He had nice office space in Ft Lauderdale and with the help of numerous sales people, cold called individuals nationwide to raise money for his "dream". Everything he said were lies; individuals that invested in his scheme were essentially lining Nuzzos pockets, as he used the investor funds for his own personal needs and to fund his lavish lifestyle. He was driving a new Porscge GT3, has/had numerous motorcycles, a yellow Lamborghini murcielago in a storage garage along with many other luxury items. He operated a used car lot along the train tracks in Davie. I have numerous corporate financial documents along with investor/shareholder names. He regularly goes to the car auction on Wednesdays and Fridays, trying to purchase used cars for his lot. I am willing to speak with any attorneys, governmental or regulatory agencies to provide any material information to help investors who were cheated out of their money/blatantly robbed. Mr Nuzzo is a smooth talker; your typical used car salesman whom belongs in prison, as does his long time girlfriend Kate, whom is just as guilty as Nuzzo for her actions in taking part of his massive schemes and enjoying a plush lifestyle with fraudulently obtained "investor" funds.

Glad to see another unhappy investor is making the public aware of this crook. I am preparing my own lawsuit but I sure would like to join your group. I have a lot of information that I would share with you if I could contact you.

There is no way that Anthony is going to go public. Why should he, he has the $2.3M which if he does nothing gives him a long term "loan" at no interest rate for as long as he can keep stalling on going public, he's already dragged this out for 2 1/2 years.
