Frank Beninsig presented himself as a principal of Hot pepper ventures, working for Bob Pepper. He says Bob Pepper wants to inevests in your company that he must get your company ready for investment funding. he charges thousands of dollars to get your company ready for funding.
Funding never takes place. He makes you pay a bank in Texas because he says he can't make money because of the help he is getting from the state to put his daughters through college.
This is what he does, tells you everything promises you of meeting with investors, even has set up meeting to make you beleive there are interested investors its all a set up. He'll rob you from ten of thousands of dollars and when he has to perform and fund your project he disappears.
This man is a low life no regards for humans will steal or wipe your bank account out. His low life wife looks like she also has no regards for human life, she helps him rob hard working people out of there savings.
I have not found one project he has been involved with that has gone through, all he does is steal from you. He'll ask for a credit card number and use it for his car rentals, lunches.dinners and buying groceries.
He such a low life he can't even purchase a car, he has to rent them becuase no would would finance him. He rent s a home in folsom. He also shares a office in El Dorado Hills with a Attorney and Bob Pepper investments, Jeff and Rachel investors with Hot Pepper investments also have helped him present himself as a Hot pepper principal. I think they help this low life fraud people.
If you want to get ripped off hire this scum low life t gutter slim, trust me you'll wish you never met him, I know for a fact his has frauded start up companies out of $100's thousands of dollars.

This report in not accurate. As a businessman, I do know Frank Beninsig. I also personally know that Frank and Dr. Pepper have worked together, and Frank has a personal relationship with Dr. & Mrs. Pepper. I have also personally attended investor meetings in which Frank had arranged with many technology & venture capital people from the Sacramento and Bay Area. One such meeting that Frank had arranged was attended by Dr. Pepper as well as myself and others. Hot Pepper Ventures was an LLC, that was to the best of my knowledge formed by Dr. Pepper and Frank.
As someone that has tried both successfully as well as lost in such venture start-ups, there is no guarantees in anything in life.

I am an investor in many of Frank Beninsig's projects and a founding inventor in my projects that Frank has worked on for me. As one of Frank's largest investors and clients, I have found him to be honest and forthcoming to the point of being very blunt with facts. I fully support and recommend Frank to all who ask for intellectual property and investment advice. He is a great consultant. He will tell you if things are right or wrong, no matter if he or I profit from its outcome. After reading the posts on this site and doing my own due diligence, I firmly believe that Frank is being persecuted for the personal and possible business failures of some of the authors due to their lack of knowledge regarding the very difficult and time consuming pursuit of obtaining an issued patent. They may have received bad news, then killed the messenger (that being Frank), and stopped paying or compensating Frank, then blamed him for their problems... FYI, I have meet with Bob Pepper in regards to a round table investor discussion. Mr. Pepper is a real person, and has a relationship with Mr. Beninsig.
