Frankfort Regional Hospital lies about their ER waiting time. I have been there three times in the last 4 years. They will report a quick time of your visit, but the trick is they do not start counting until you get into the ER service area. All the time you are waiting to be seen by the doctor does not count.

Just shows you the numbers can be what ever they want it to be, because its all in how you count.

I have waited  for 10 hours for an Xray. Then 6 hours for the next time Xray. And once 5 hours to get a cut stitched.

They are under staffed. And the staff is rude.  The nurses do not have on gloves and will go from one person to an other. They talk among themselves about the Doctors and how bad they are and slow. They will go get something from the vending machine, while you are waiting.

I would never go there but my City worker insurance requires it.

So all this money that is being spent on ads as to how good the hospital is should be put into staffing and training. Customer Service should be apart of the training, yes I said Customer Service, because most people do have an option as to where they go.
