Fred Campbell - USAsset Corporation - Allied Realty Capital Scammed our client of $60,000 las vegas, Nevada

Chris Skinner and Mike Powell of Allied Realty capital were looking to fund with us several large real estate projects that we have been in talks with for months. Their company was going to use Life Settlements backed by a now known fake insurance company to create the funding for the projects. The transaction was suppose to go as follows. We wire $60,000 to Allied Realty Capital to hold in escrow to be used to fund the finance closing on the projects when all the pieces were in place. Instead the money was sent directly to Fred Campbell who did nothing for the money. The Projects never got funded and they are all in violation of contract and are now commencing fraud.
All parties have practically vanished now that they know that we know they had no intention of delivering on their promises. We are going to be reporting these individuals to the State Attorney office on Monday. We are looking to charge these individuals for outright fraud, theft, and violation of securities laws. And hope to recoup our losses.

Update: Mike Powell has now started a new company doing the same thing called LifeCap.
