They were very rude to me , procrastinated every step of the way. End of story I had to pay the deductible and file with MY insurance company. I waited fro one month while Fred Loya Insurance drug their feet and played games only to be denied because they could not get a statement from the driver within a one month time frame.
I really hope this company goes under and dies a slow painful death, they are truly a scam and ripping people off for thousands.
