Fred is a horrible relator. He pretends to run all of the real estate in Calabasas, but truly he is just looking for customers he can take advantage of. He has all kinds of hidden fees and has no problem taking your money and not accomplishing the tasks he promises. I suggest you do not use Fred as your realtor unless you enjoy someone taking advantage of your hard earned money.
