Frederick J. Hanna Garnished without warning! Marietta, Georgia

Does Hanna have a judgment against you?  They probably do if they are able to garnish you.  If so, then bankruptcy is probably your best option.  You probably won't get credit for anything you pay a debt collector. 

You can also shut down your bank account and change banks as your current bank is not safe now due to the garnishment.  Account now has a pre-paid debit card that you can use like a checking account, that I think is safe from garnishments (you should be able to find this by doing a google search - I can't post a link here).

The Georgia Supreme Court says Hanna is a "law firm," so you have to submit a bar complaint vs. them (and not a consumer complaint with the state OCA or federal FTC -- but fine if you do that too anyway).  You may submit a bar complaint vs. Fred Hanna (the owner of the "firm") and any atty. that may have contacted you that also violated bar rules for atty.s:
