I called this firm at least 40 times from receiving the initial letter, but nobody has returned my call. They are unethical and I believe the forged document to have the judgement awarded to freeze my accounts.
This I am sure has happened to many people do not take it lying down. I am going to sue them and I will keep fighting. I am an officer of the courts myself , so there is no way I would ignore a summons to appear in court.
All those who have been violate please stand up in number we could fight them. These are the worst lawyers I have even encountered and I assure I deal with attorneys on a daily basis.
Once you account is subpoenaed by them close the account immediately. I know that is a hassle but they will undoubtedly break the law to freeze you account.
