Free Energy Australia Pty Ltd whose sole director /secretary and shareholder (20 shares) is RAMONA CONSTANCE SANSONI are processing third party credit card payments through Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd whose sole director/secretary is SMILEY FREDLYN RADNOR SANSONI ( 6 shares held by by Smiley Sansoni & 6 held by Ramona Sansoni). These cardholders have cancelled their contracts, ages ago. Free Energy & Famore have no written authority from the cardholders to do so, and the cardholders are not in front of the merchant facilities at the time of processing, (AS THEY ARE TELLING MERCHANT SERVICES).
Many Thousands of dollars of illegal transactions going on here.
Innocent credit card holders being scammed of thousands of dollars and being left broke!!!
The banks should cancel the credit card merchant facilities of Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd.
Consumers stay well away from these companies.

Free Energy Australia Pty Ltd (Ramona Sansoni Sole Director/ Secretary/ Shareholder, www.programsoftheheart ) have stooped lower and lower.
Apart from illegally processing their credit card payments through the merchant facilities of Famore Business Brokers Pty Ltd (Director/Secretary/Shareholder Smiley Sansoni and 6 shares held by Ramona Sansoni) and these are considered third party payments, they are now illegally placing default notices on clients credit files.
These clients cancelled their contracts ages ago, with Free Energy Australia Pty Ltd and Solar Corporation of Australia Pty Ltd when they found out about the lies and misrepresentations of the quality / performance of the EC & CETC solar panels they were being sold. The salespeople were being misled by the 2 companies and in turn were misleading their clients.
"However our systems have extra built in systems. Each Panel has 6 diodes in the circuit. This means that if a shadow goes over the panel only that sixth affected will cease working. Each panel is individually earthed so that if any panel or part of panel is in shadow the balance of the system is still operating - unlike your inferior panels, which would shut down completely if any portion of the system is in shadow
Trouble is, these systems are the inferior ones that don't produce anything if a part of the panel goes in shade.

(T) 0438 862 283 about the poor performance and dodgy workmanship. They are fighting Solar Corporation through the courts because the solar system they spent $18,000 on does absolutely nothing!! They took them to Fair Trading Qld.
Just check out some of the consumer complaints against these companies in the attachments. They don't give a rats!!
The ACCC, Fair Trading, ASIC and the banks should shut these well known scammers down. Previously shut down by the Feds because they were rorting the insulation scheme.
