Free Spirit Jeans ripoff they never sent the "free" jeans and it has been over 5 years Wilmingto Delaware

My daughter found an add in one of her magazines for "free" jeans and tee-shirt. You only had to pay shipping. Well I fell for it and sent them a check which they cashed long ago. Like over 5 years. She has graduated from high school and still no jeans. Every so often we get a post card asking us to update the information, size and such. When we do we get a responce like this one: (but no jeans)
