FREE CREDIT REPORT.COM INFORMED ME THAT THE APPLICATION THAT I REQUESTED WAS UNSUCCESSFUL FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. HOWEVER THEY BILLED MY DEBIT CARD TWICE FOR $16.20 AND ONE OTHER TIME FOR $1.00, WHICH OVERDRAFTED MY BANK ACCOUNT. MY BANK CHARGED ME $44.00 IN OVERDRAFT FEES. WHEN I CALLED THEIR SO CALLED '' CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM'', THEY GAVE ME A HASSLE. AFTER I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES. WHEN THEY FINALLY SPOKE TO ME AGAIN, THEY SAID THE SUPERVISOR WAS TOO BUSY TO TALK TO ME, BUT THEY WOULD GIVE ME A FULL REFUND(WHICH THEY DID). BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED $44.00 FOR THEIR MISTAKE IN OVERDRAFT FEES. I HAVE SENT THEM LETTERS WITH THE BANK STATEMENTS PROVING THEIR MISTAKE COST ME $44.00. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED, WROTE BACK, OR ATTEMPTED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE LIKE ANY REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD! I HAVE NOTICED ON RIPOFF REPORT THAT THERE ARE 271 OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD PROBLEMS SIMILAR TO MINE. WHY ARE THEY ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THESE TYPE OF PRACTICES? I AM SURPRISED NOBODY HAS FILED A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM. AFTER ALL, THEY ADVERTISE HOW YOU SHOULD KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR CREDIT HISTORY, AND ANY MISTAKES ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT. HELP SPREAD THE WORD TO ANYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY! MAYBE THAT'S WHY THEY WEAR PIRATE HATS!!!!!!!!!!!!
