How can you claim that you are not involved, you encourage people to make ringtones from cd's. Is it not illegal to copy an artists music and use it for something else??? You guys are unbelievable. You rope people into signing up under the impression that they can simply buy real music ringtones when in fact you do not offer any real music ringtones for purchase.

First, you *can* send real music ringtones using our service. That's what the majority of our customers do with our service. We also offer the ability to send polyphonic ringtones and wallpapers. But, the majority of our users send real music ringtones to their phones. Therefore, to say that it can't be done is just not correct.

Also, instead of defending ourselves about what is or is not claimed, below is quoted excerpts from our real music ringtone page in the non-member's area before you order:

Finally, it sounds like this customer expected our service to be a music piracy site. Our service is not to be used for music piracy. If anyone is expecting our service to break the law, I would suggest you not register as we are against music piracy. Our service is designed for the lawful downloading of ringtones and wallpaper to cell phones.
