We explain they are given 1 year to use the certificates. All our calls are recorded for quality assurance and we explain that they are responsible for the processing fee and taxes. Which is also printed on the postcard that is mailed out. These certificates are fulfilled through a third party, as stated on the on the postcard. We use various airlines for the incentives.
We apologize that the customer feels this experience was so excruciating. We strive on excellent service and value our customers opinion and experience at Freedom Marketing.
