There system will supposedly send you a notification when you are nearing a data limit. It doesn't do that. To this day I have not received any notifications.
I would suggest that anybody should consider all other options before even considering using this company.

Please note that we do not charge for time, but that the charges represent data used. In order to make reporting easy to see for users, we report and batch data usage in 15 minute intervals. Streaming high-definition movies, syncing large files, or playing video games online could possibly cause an extreme amount of data usage, as you reported.
We have been trying to reach out to you through email and telephone this past week to help resolve this issue for you. When you get a chance, Lewis, please respond to our voicemails so that we can help you out. Were more than happy to reach a resolution and have some good news to share with you!
